The Colorado Rural Rehabilitation Corporation (CRRC) provides affordable real estate and livestock loans across the state. Established in 1934, we have over 85 years of experience in helping Colorado farm and ranch families achieve their goals. All applicants will be given equal consideration for financing.

We can offer loans up to $450k for real estate purchases. We can also offer loans up to $150k for livestock purchases. The loans are offered as noncompetitive, additional sources of funds.
